SNS has set up another trend in the history of air-freight by landing the first B 747 cargo plane to Mogadishu Airport/Somalia. Loading at Corlu Airport/Turkey and discharging at Mogadishu Airport, this move pushed the limits to another level in aviation. Cargo consisted of machinery and equipment to be used for airport facilities weighing @ 80 tons. The landing on the runway from the city side was another brave action where air-crafts don't choose to use this option due to security reasons.
